Position 2, Precinct 4

Andrea Duhon serves as Executive Director of the Montrose and Gulfton management districts. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in marketing from McNeese State University. She also holds a master's degree in public administration from the University of Houston's Hobby School of Public Affairs, where she was inducted into Pi Alpha Alpha, the global honor society for Public Affairs and Administration.

Trustee Duhon has previously served as a Community Leader for the Lone Star Veterans Association, now called Combined Arms. She joined public service in search of funding for school programs for her children and became passionate about standing up for those in the community who need the services but may not have the time to fight for them.

Her husband, Hank, served in the U.S. Navy, and they now live in Katy with their three children.

Trustee Duhon was previously appointed in December 2019 to fulfill an unexpired term. She was elected and sworn in on January 2, 2023, and her Position 2, Precinct 4, 6-year term runs from January 1, 2023 – December 31, 2028.
