Learn English at HCDE Adult Education

  • HCDE Adult Education offers free English classes for speakers of other languages. 

    • Beginning, intermediate, advanced English learners are welcome!
    • Improve your English reading, writing, and pronunciation skills
    • Leadership and digital literacy training

Eligibility Requirements

    • Must be at least 18 years old
    • Must live in Harris or Liberty County
    • Must have a photo ID
    • Must attend orientation and registration
    • Must commit to attending every class
    • You must have access to technology (computer, smartphone, tablet, and internet)
