INSTRUCTIONS:
For graduates (upon arrival):
All graduates must report to the first floor before 8:15 a.m. on the day of the event for cap and gown fitting, group pictures, and ceremony rehearsal.
- Park in HCDE garage
or parking lot. - Head to the elevator located in the garage.
- Go down to the first floor/Level 1.
- Check in at the main building on the first floor.
- Head to Room 100 for photographs and cap/gown fitting.
For guests (upon arrival):
Limit of 5 guests per graduate due to limited space.
- Park in HCDE garage or parking lot.
- Head to the elevator located in the garage.
- Go up to the fifth floor/Level 5.
- Enter Room 500.
For those who can not attend in person, the ceremony will be streamed live on the HCDE website.
