Business managers, educators, students and the community as a whole rely on HCDE for critical services.  Responding to and serving the needs of learners of all ages, socio-economic status, ethnic backgrounds, educational or development delays and at-risk behaviors requires HCDE to be an institution of great
flexibility.  Affordable and highly flexible programs
and products are developed with clients in mind.

Last year, nearly 8,000 educators benefited from specialized instruction administered by the Department's instructional specialists.  HCDE specialists deliver the latest instructional methodologies in critical program and subject areas.
