CES partners with districts to support innovative talent pipeline programs. We spend time getting to know district leaders and educators to customize unique programs to best meet the district's needs. 

We offer teacher and principal certification programs, support for new educators, instructional coaching, and principal coaching and support.

Teacher Certification Program

Harris County Department of Education provides the highest quality instruction and support for educators enrolled in our teacher alternative certification program through district partnerships. 

Coursework sessions are conducted in classroom and blended settings with instructors who are content and pedagogy experts. Teacher candidates are observing practicing classroom teachers in partnership schools before their paid internship begins and attending Summer Intensive in their pre-service year with CES.
