With leading salaries and long-term stability, your paycheck reflects your value at HCDE!

Starting teacher salary = $69,250
+ Assignment stipend for educators at ABS West or East = $5,250
+ Special education certification stipend = $2,000
Total compensation potential: $76,500
*Base salary may increase for the 2025–2026 school year, pending board approval in July 2025. Stipend amounts will remain the same.
