Communications & Creative Services

The Communications and Creative Services Division shares the story of Harris County Department of Education and connects the community to our programs and services. We manage HCDE’s public information, branding, and strategic outreach across all platforms.

We provide:

• Media and Public Relations: Press releases, media support, and public information.
• Creative Production: Professional video, photography, and graphic design.
• Digital Communications: Management of HCDE’s websites, intranet, and online content.
• Social Media: Strategy and content on HCDE’s official social platforms.
• Publications & Campaigns: Marketing materials and communication campaigns that highlight HCDE’s impact.
