    This is the Save the Date for the HeART of Education LuncheonThe Education Foundation of Harris County (EFHC) supports students and teachers across the 25 independent school districts in Harris County. Through specialized programs of the Harris County Department of Education (HCDE) and direct support requested from the school districts in the form of classroom grants, student scholarships, and school supplies for teachers’ classrooms, EFHC aims to help HCDE close the gaps in public education.

    This fall, we are hosting our inaugural fundraiser, The HeART of Education, celebrating HCDE’s 30-year partnership with the Scholastic Art & Writing Awards program, the nation’s longest-running, most prestigious recognition program for creative teens. Our goal is $100,000, and we hope you can help us reach that goal.

    By sponsoring, you will help us provide more direct support to area school districts in addition to strengthening our existing programs on the ground such as early childhood, afterschool and summer, and workforce development.

    The Sponsorship Levels Menu (see below) details the incentives that your company can enjoy when you become one of our corporate sponsors.
