The Purchasing and Food Cooperatives have sales of $70 million dollars combined with numerous cooperative members. Our cooperative contracts have satisfied the Texas Purchasing Bidding Laws and are available to our members and potential members via the interlocal contract. Government Code 791, Interlocal Cooperation Contracts allows agencies to enter into cooperative contracts.
Institutions that have previously signed a Master Interlocal agreement or addendum to the Master Interlocal with Choice Facility Partners, purchasing, food, or fuel cooperatives will automatically become members of all of these programs.
